Teresa Luich Jozwiak

Howland - Teresa Luich Jozwiak, 91, passed away on April 16, 2023, at Shepherd of the Valley in Warren, OH. Teresa was born on October 13, 1931, in Niles, OH to parents Joseph and Anna Stavlenich Luich. Teresa was a veteran of the US Air Force and retired from Woolworth in the Mall in 1994. She was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church Women's Guild, the Red Hatters Club and SCOPE. She was a fantastic homemaker and loved spending time with her family. She also enjoyed line dancing and polkas. Teresa is survived by her husband of 59 years, Norbert Jozwiak whom she married June 8, 1963; Children: Donald (Deanna) Jozwiak of Woodstock, GA, Andrew (Melissa) Jozwiak of San Antonio, TX, Kathleen Jozwiak of Wickliffe, OH, Nancy (Richard) Sandy of Bazetta, OH; brother, Michael Luich of Warren, OH; grandchildren, Andrea, Dan, Nicholas, Lauren, and Nathan and great grandchildren, Ezra and Lena. Besides her parents, Teresa was preceded in death by her brothers, Anthony, Joseph, William and Robert Luich; sisters, Mary Ann Luich, Barbara Ann Luich, Katherine Spoljaric and Magdalene Giunta. Friends and family will be received from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, 962 North Rd. NE in Warren. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday, at 12 noon, April 20, 2023, at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Vienna, Ohio. Burial will follow at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Warren, OH. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, Queen of the Holy Rosary Church, the Shepherd Foundation, 5525 Silica Rd., Austintown, OH or Traditions Health Hospice at 4531 Belmont Ave Unit 7, Youngstown, OH.
