Marie - You don't know me, but I felt the need to reach out to you. I have also sent a card to you via the funeral home.

My husband died suddenly and unexpectedly in February of 2008. He was only 60.

I facilitate a friendship and on-going support group called Dave's Club for Widowed People. We meet weekly in Medford. Only another widowed person can really understand what you are going through.

When you are ready, you can get more information at: www.victoryovergrief.homestead.com or send me an email at [email protected]. My cell number is 936-433-9334. You can call me anytime. I don't know how to reach you.

I am just so very sorry to hear what has happened to your dear husband, to you and to your family.

I want you to know that there are people in the Valley who will reach out a hand to you when you are ready to take our hand.

I wish you strength in the coming days.
