Pam, I have a great picture of you and Mike sitting by the water in the Oregon Gardens in Silverton on my wedding day. This picture will remain forever etched in my memory (and in hard copy!) as one of my favorites. Mike was an amazing, compassionate person and I am forever blessed to have had you both come into my life.

Pam and I can not express the sadness that attends Mike's passing. I went to Medford's "other" high school, St. Mary's, and met Mike during a summer workshop held at the University of Oregon. As was typical, Mike was in charge of all practical jokes. Our friendship grew throughout high school and college days. Of particular delight was the time we spent in conversation during the last Medford High School class reunion. I am honored to call Mike a friend.
With the greatest respect I offer my family's deepest condolences.

My heartfelt condolences to Mike's immediate and extended families. Mike and I were genuine and close friends through Junior High (when we met), High School, and University. Having just learned today of his recent passing, I am moved and saddened by the loss. I cherish fond memories of our many exploits and adventures together as boys and young men. To all, I offer my deepest sympathy.
Kind regards,
John Fisher
