Charlie was always so happy to be a part of everything with a wave and a great smile. For several years he was a part of the Dill Chorus and always ready for a hug. I'm sure he'll get plenty of hugs in heaven. Love and Prayers.

We were saddened to hear of Charlie's passing. He would walk around his Skowhegan neighborhood, stopping by our house to say, "hi" frequently. He was a part of the neighborhood. We have not seen him in several years, but do remember him fondly.

To all of Charlie's family, He will be missed by many and has left lots of great memories to many. South Factory St would not have been the same growing up without Charlie and his wonderful smile! I remember the badge he carried and how he policed the street. He looked out for all of us as we grew up and was a great playmate. He will forever hold a special place in my heart! RIP sweet Charlie!
