Christopher Crocker Obituary

AUGUSTA -- Christopher L. Crocker, 29, of Augusta died at his home on Nov. 28, 2011.

He was born in Farmington on April 22, 1982, the son of Pete Crocker III and Brenda (Quirrion) Graham.

He was a graduate of Maranacook High School in 2000. Chris had a passion for and excelled at drawing and always wanted to be an artist. He enjoyed fishing and especially hanging out with his brother Robert, Adam and the gang at the dam and desert in Wayne.

He is survived by his father, Pete Crocker III, and companion Jodie Roberts Hinkley of Turner; his mother, Brenda Graham, of Winthrop; his brother, Robert J. Crocker, and wife Rosa of Livermore Falls; his paternal grandmother, Sandy Burt, of Winthrop; and his nephew and niece, Owen and Abygayl Crocker, of Livermore Falls.

A celebration of his life will be celebrated from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at Winthrop Heights Common Room, 1704 U.S. Route 202 in Winthrop.

Arrangements under the care of Dostie Funeral Home, Lewiston; 782-8221.

i have a lot of fun filled memories about Chris and his family growing up. Our families were close for many years, i lost contact after high school but was one of the lucky ones to meet up with him again a few years ago..he was an amazing friend and i will miss him...i send my love out to Robert and his family as well as Pete and Brenda...R.I.P Chris we love you

I used to visit Chris often when he was away. My fondest memory was when he was living behind the Wayne General Store, it was a cold night I drove my Jeep out there and brought him a sleeping bag and I slept up front and he slept in back and we had a few drinks and laughs before dozing off. I am in Pittsburgh for three weeks for work I am sad I will miss his wake. Best wishes to you buddy!
