Donald Pottle Obituary

FORT PIERCE, Fla. - Donald Craig Pottle was born in Freedom, Maine, on April 5, 1959, and passed Dec. 7, 2018, in Fort Pierce, Fla.

He was predeceased by his parents, Lawrence and Hester Pottle; and sister, Valerie Costain.

He worked in construction.

Donnie loved to garden, and going fishing.

Survived by brother, Larry Pottle and wife, Audrey; sister, Janice Harmon; brothers, Allan Pottle, Gerry Pottle; sister, Linda Douglas and husband, Steve; brother-in-law, Robert Costain; aunts, Thelma Raven, Julia Raven, Faye Pottle; uncle, Bill Peavey.

Loved by many nieces, and nephews, cousins, and friends. Many thanks to Adam Graves and Becky Charron for helping him while he lived at his home in Etna. Their family was family to him.

Thank you to Brian for all his help the past few months. We would also like to thank all family and friends, doctors and nurses who were able to help with his care.

Graveside service in the spring at Brown Cemetery, Benton, Maine.

Arrangements are being made by Haisley Funeral and Cremation Service, Fort Pierce, Fla.

We love you so much digger!!! I know youre in a better place and your suffering has ended... im sure youre surrounded by so many loved ones. Ill do my best to make u proud every day but youve gotta do your best to watch out for me from up there... i love you so much and not a day will go by that im not heartbroken to not have you in my life cheering me on every step of the way... i know you'd "rather be fishing" but im sure u can fish up there too... i have so many memories and theyll keep u right here with me.
