Just got back from your service we had in the cemetary. It was as nice as it could be. We brang your mom down. Tina's husband Kevin made a beautiful heart to carry your ashes on, I got the job of putting the fabric Billie bought around it. What a chore that was but it came out good. We brang Alex with us so he could say goodbye to grandpa. It still doesn't feel real. I'm going to miss you so much and I know everyone else is to. I Love you.
Love, April

Well it's me again. Can't believe it has already been a week since you passed away. It doesn't seem possible. It still feels like your just on another hospital stay and that you will be coming home soon or we will be going down to see you. It's hard knowing that, that just isn't true. Someday it will get easier to see things that remind us of you. Untill then I will keep writting to you on this.
I hope everyone is doing well considering the circumstances. Well that's it for now.
Love and peace, April

Well we just got back from your party. It turned out really well. There was so many people there, ofcorse that comes from having such a BIG family! It was good to see everyone. The only thing missing was you! Red Sox season is going to be the hardest because you won't be there to talk to about it or watch it with. Everyone is doing well, some better than I thought they would. On another note I want to thank everyone for their notes. I know Billie-Jo already thanked you, but I just wanted to, it really means alot. Well that's all I can write now, don't want to write a book. I love you Dad in law
Love ya lots, April

This is hard to write, so I don't know how long it will be. I'm going to miss you so much. My christmas party companion will no longer be there. Don't worry I'll still sneak in the pint of JD. I know Larry will have a drink with me, I just might let George. I still can't believe your gone, at least you got to see the kids on Halloween. Well that's all I can write right now. I love you Dad in law.
Love ya, April
