Wallace E. Hill Sr.
1940 - 2017
LEEDS - Wallace E. Hill Sr. passed away peaceably surrounded by family on Sunday morning, June 4, 2017, at D'Youville Pavilion.
Wallace was born May 3, 1940, in Lewiston, the youngest of three boys, to Stanley Hill and Annie Donnell.
Wallace grew up and attended schools in Monmouth.
He worked hard to provide for his family throughout his life.
Wallace married Blanche Kilbreath on March 21, 1987, in Leeds. They traveled around the United States for many years, when Wally worked with the Teamsters.
They also enjoyed many years of wintering in Dade City with their Florida friends.
Wallace is survived by his wife, Blanche; his four sons, Kendall and his wife Cheri, Kevin and his wife Heather, Wallace Jr. and his wife Tina, and Kenneth and his wife Sarah and daughter Heidi; stepdaughter Earlene Murphy and stepson Peter Hickey; 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
There will be a Remembrance of Life on June 10, 2017, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at their residence in Leeds.
