I'm very sad to see this . Dale was one of the nicest , most supportive, competent managers I ever reported to . He was smart, funny , hard working , well liked and respected by all . He made a huge difference in my career and I will always be grateful for that .
My deepest condolences to his wife and sons . He always spoke so highly of them and was a dedicated family man . I hope they draw some comfort in knowing how much people liked and respected him . He made a difference in so many people's lives , always looking for ways to give back .

Dale was a great guy, enjoyed working with him. I worked with him at Unum. Remember all his great baking he would bring in and share with us. His pies were the BEST. May he rest in peace.

To Dale's family - I am truly heartbroken with the news of his passing. We worked together when he was with the DHHS office. Loved his sense of humor and easy way about him. My thoughts are with you at this most difficult time.

I will miss Dale's passion for the people he served.Cancer is cruel and Dale was taken from us far too soon. Blessings to his family and friends.

Dale was a wonderful friend. He would meet with a bunch of us "old guys" known in town as the "Cumberland Curmudgeons" at Rachel's on the Green in Cumberland on Thursday mornings to share stories and breakfast. We will miss our dear friend; may he rest in peace. I worked with Dale on his campaign last fall, too. We will certainly miss his representing us in Augusta.

Dale was truly one of the great ones, and I'm lucky to have been able to work with him and learn from him. He will be sorely missed.
