I worked with Frank at "Central Station" Oak Hill for many years in the 1980's. Frank was a true friend that could always be counted on when needed. The many memories, tributes and legacies that have been written about Frank since his recent death really only scratch the surface of his true contributions to the people of Scarborough, the members of the Fire Service and his many friends throughout his 90 years of life. Frank will be sadly missed by all. My condolences to his family.

Frank was a wonderful neighbor to our parents, Martin & Louise Main when they lived next door on Libby St. in early 1990s.

So sorry to hear of Frank's passing. I knew him from the American Leagon. He was a real nice guy.
