I just learned of Dr. Delaney's passing and my heart is in my throat. He was a terrific role model for all who met him. I will miss his sense of humor and appreciation of music the most. He taught me how to parallel park, and so many other life lessons. God bless you, and watch over Mrs. Delaney...and Bill too :)

Dr. D was such a wonderful friend and doctor. We shall always cherish is warmth and caring for our family. As we learned of his passing we reflected on the 40 plus years he supported us through child birth of Stacey and Matt, illnesses, kindness and friendship to Mom, always solving whatever illness or injury we brought to his door. We've always considered Dr. D and you a part of our extended family.
We're thinking of you both.

I was so sad to hear of Dr.Delaney's passing. My mom, Carlene Casparius told me. We were patients of his for many, many years. I started seeing him at age 14 when my pediatrician had passed away. I saw Dr. Delaney until he retired, and I asked him who will I ever find for a physician. He smiled and made some joke. And I'm still looking... For almost 30 years he cared for me and had such a great sense of humor. He always had such a great smile and attitude. He will truly be missed. My condolences to his family.

I am so sorry to hear of Dr. Delaney's passing. He was a true family physician - I can still remember him making house calls in the middle of the night. On Christmas Day 1998 I took my sister to the ER. It turned out she had meningitis. I called Dr. Delaney and he went right to work finding out how family members could receive medications so that we wouldn't also get sick. I was 3 months pregnant - he called all over the state of ME to find the one pharmacy that had a medication that was safe to take and then met me at his office on a Sunday to give me the shot. He wouldn't allow me to pay him. I will always remember his kindness and funny bedside manner.
