Patricia Morin Obituary
PORTLAND - Patricia A. Morin passed away peacefully on Aug.14, 2018, at the Gosnell Hospice Home in Scarborough, after a brief but intense five-month battle with mouth cancer.
Through her journey she received exceptional care from Mercy hospital and Pine Point Genesis.
Her greater lifelong battle was mental illness and alcoholism, overshadowing the person within who was intelligent, loved animals, nature and the fierce beauty of a thunderstorm.
At her request there will be no service.
She is survived by her daughters, Christine Brown of Buxton and Valerie Morin of Durham; her granddaughters, Heather Richard of Yarmouth, Jenna Dyer of Brunswick and Alexandria (Brown) Sakrejda of Mass., two great-grandchildren and her fiancée, James McGarry of Portland.
