Stephen B. Thompson, 63
    WESTBROOK -- Stephen B. Thompson, 63, of 172 Bridge St., died Saturday, March 31, at his home. He was born in Portland, a son of Donald and Virginia Smith Thompson.
     He was raised and educated in the Portland area. Steve had been employed by the Sebago Moc Co. for over 33 years. He had been employed for five years for Southern Maine Health Laundry, before retiring due to illness. He was a 12-year member of A.A., was a Red Sox fan, and he enjoy scratch tickets and mini golf.
     He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Linda Meserve Thompson; and a daughter Michelle, her husband Mike and grandson Mason ( Big Guy ) Mangarelli of Westbrook.
     Memorial Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Main Street, Westbrook. Arrangements by Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook,

linda and family... i was so sorry to here of stephen b.'s passing. thank you for welcoming me into your home to help care for stephen. i really enjoyed getting to know him, and think of him often. take care of yourself. much love, jeannine

My most sincere condolences to Linda and the family. Steve was a fine man and worked hard for his family and to stay sober. He inspired and helped a lot of fellow members of AA in their sobriety. He'll definitely be missed by all who knew him.
