Mary Verdeur Obituary

Mary Ellen Verdeur (nee Cermack), on January 12, 2014, of Marlton NJ, formerly of Bala Cynwyd PA. Age 88. Beloved wife of the late Joseph T. Verdeur. Loving mother of Michele Donahue (Harry), Joseph Verdeur Jr. (Diane), Kevin Verdeur (Catherine), Mark Verdeur (Dolores) and Sean Verdeur (Jeanette). Beloved grandmother of Bill Donahue, Kelly Boris, Patrick Verdeur, Joseph Verdeur III, Brian Verdeur, Matthew Verdeur, Meghan Wright, Sean Verdeur Jr., Erin Verdeur, William Verdeur, Susanne Verdeur and Christopher Verdeur and great grandmother of Nick Donahue, Emma and Brandon Boris. The oldest of 6, Mary Ellen was the dear sister of the late Thomas Cermack (Ann), the late Catherine Coyne (the late Richard), Helen Hughes (John), Veronica McGrath (the late Charles) and Edward Cermack (Joan). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Throughout her life, Mrs. Verdeur was an active volunteer of her time and energy especially at St. Matthias School, Episcopal Academy and St Joan of Arc School. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Thursday from 7-9pm and Friday from 10:15-11:15am at the Bradley Funeral Home Rt. 73 and Evesham Rd. Marlton NJ 08053. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 12 noon at St. Joan of Arc Church 100 Willow Bend Road Marlton. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Villanova PA. If desired, donations may be made in Mary Ellen's memory to the St. Joan of Arc School 99 Evans Road Marlton NJ 08053.
