Dear Lisa, Randy saw Pete´s obit announcement in the Penn magazine and I followed up in the Inquirer. So many years have gone by that you may not even recall our apartment across the hall from you and Pete at Penn, but Randy and I have never forgotten your friendship. We have been divorced for many years, but remain cordial, and both of us have held the memory of that year as one of so many eye-opening experiences, often curated for the Californians by the two of you. The one outstanding regret was that we were not able to maintain a long-standing friendship with you and Pete, a couple we so enjoyed. I hope you are doing well, and that you have support from your family and friends. I wish I could have written to you in person, but at least I hope this note will connect with you.

Thinking of those who made a significant impact on my life and Peter was at top. I decided to look him up on line and found he has passed. My heart goes out to you and your family. He was a wonderful man and a good friend. Joy and I now live in California where we followed our kids.

So sorry to hear this. He was a true gentleman and among many great people I had the opportunity to work with at Sun.
