Ruth C. Mundt

Ruth C. (Stanchik) Mundt, age 86, wife of Ray B. Mundt, of Bryn Mawr, PA died Monday September 1st, 2014 in her home. Born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin she was a daughter of the late Luke and Frances (Cisewski) Stanchik. She was a graduate of the P.J. Jacobs High School in Stevens Point. Mrs. Mundt was a long term member of the St. Thomas of Villanova Parish for many years. She was also a member of the Philadelphia Country Club. In addition to her husband of 61 years, Mrs. Mundt is survived by two sons: William C., husband of Diane Mundt, of Indiantown, FL; Robert J., husband of Jennifer Mundt, of Chester Springs, PA; one sister: Shirley, wife of Richard Duda; two brothers: Kenny, husband of Kathy Stanchik; James, husband of Rita Stanchik; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Mrs. Mundt was pre-deceased by two children: R. Scott Mundt, Mary R. Klumpp; one granddaughter: Cortney Klumpp. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral mass at the St. Thomas of Villanova Parish, in the Rosemont Chapel, 1229 East Lancaster Ave, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 on Friday, September 5, 2014 at 10:00AM. Officiating will be the Rev. Joseph L. Narog. Entombment will be in the Mausoleum at the Limerick Garden of Memories. Friends will be received on Thursday evening from 6-7:30PM at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA or on Friday morning from 9-9:45AM at the Rosemont Chapel in Bryn Mawr.
