Gregory Edwards Obituary
Gregory Adam Edwards was born on November 17, 1967 to April and Gary Don Edwards. He lived a short life of 47 years and passed away on January 17, 2015 after battling cancer.
He is survived by his wife, Jan, his children: Derek Edwards; Whitney Edwards and Hugo Sanchez; Chris Smith and wife, Krysten; Nickie Smith and Stephen Cortez; as well as eight grandchildren and one sister, Jenny Wheatley and husband, Stephen, and their three children.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald and Neoma Edwards and Ben and Callie Ross, all of Poyen, AR.
He was raised in Poyen Assembly of God Church, where a memorial service will be held in his honor on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. with lunch to follow.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations will be appreciated at the Poyen Assembly of God Food Pantry to help feed the hungry in our area, or a donation may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to aid others in their battle.
