Janie Evins Obituary

Janie Marie Synatzske Evins, age 67, of Hot Springs, met her heavenly reward on Friday, August 27, 2021 with her beloved sons at her side.
Cherishing her memory are her sons Bobby (Amy) Evins and son Billy Evins, all of Hot Springs; granddaughters Emery and Ellie Evins; brother James Synatzske (Diana) and nephew Logan Synatzske of Stephenville, TX; brother Michael Synatzske of Austin, TX; niece Angie Synatzske and her daughters Allison, Alexandra and Annemarie of San Antonio, TX; nieces Cyndi Staffeld and Courtney Duncan of Dallas, TX; and many wonderful friends.
Janie was born on July 10, 1954 in Taylor, TX, the daughter of Lennert Synatzske and Frances Jezisek-Synatzske. She taught in numerous Texas and Arkansas schools, including Magnet Cove High School and Garland County Community College. She was a passionate community leader and volunteer.
Visitation will be held from Noon to 2PM on Saturday, September 11 and services at 2PM at Caruth-Hale Life Celebration Center, 2529 Airport Road. Guest registry is at www.caruth-hale.com.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Janie Evins Memorial Scholarship Fund, 140 Tanglewood Place, Hot Springs, AR 71913.
