Toney Edwin Moore

1953 - 2024

Toney Edwin Moore, a beloved member of the Malvern, Arkansas community, passed away at the age of 71 on November 29, 2024. Born on April 30, 1953, Toney lived a life marked by deep roots in his hometown and an unwavering commitment to his family and friends.
Toney is survived by his children, TJ Moore and his partner, Ashlie Strange, Dena Reynolds, and Joey Reynolds; his daughter, Samantha Spradling; and his sister, Jamice Perry, and her husband, Les. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren McKenzie Jacks (Gavin Jones), Tyler Strange (Kai Strange), Ashlyn Strange-Moore, and T.S. Spradling, and a host of nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart.
Preceded in death by his parents, James and Charleen Moore, his sister, LaDean Erwin, and his grandparents, Toney was shaped by the values of hard work and commitment instilled in him by his loved ones. These qualities defined his character and guide his family and friends as they remember him.
Toney will be remembered fondly for his kindness, generosity, and the love he shared with all who knew him. He leaves behind a rich legacy of memories, laughter, and love that will forever resonate in the hearts of those he touched. He is dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. 
A graveside service to honor Toney's life will be held on December 4, 2024, at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Malvern. The service will commence at 2:00 PM, with concluding reflections scheduled for 3:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a remarkable man who touched the lives of those around him.
