Having grown up in FCC of Manchester, I had met Nate from a young age. He was always friendly and the kindest smile you've ever seen, but it wasn't until my junior year of high school at BBA that I truly got the pleasure of knowing Nate. I had to interview someone for my history class, and I'm confident it was the Lord who led me to ask Nate. His story was amazing, but more importantly he as a person was amazing. From that point on I considered Nate a mentor, and would meet regularly whenever we could for the next 6-7 years as I went off to college and transitioned to adulthood. It was a privilege and honor to consider him a mentor, and his kindness, compassion, humbleness, and passion for serving both his God and his community I will always remember.

Mr Boone was such a kind and gentle man. We lived on New Ireland road when my daughter Lindsey was young. He thought her to play chess and Mrs Boone taught her to knit. My sincere sympathy to his family.

Some years ago my husband and I took a tour of the beautiful Hildene. The tour was led by Nate Boone. I will never forget this experience as Nate was a most gifted and charming guide. We never forgot him. I was sorry to read of his passing. What an illustrious and full life he lived! Our sincere condolences to his family.
