Alice Gregerson Obituary
Alice M. Gregerson
01/10/1963 - 07/29/2025
Alice M. Gregerson, 62, of Manistee, passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Manistee County Medical Care Facility, surrounded by love.
She was born on January 10, 1963, in Kansas City, Missouri, and grew up in Naples, Florida, where she developed her warm spirit and deep love for people. In June 1999, Alice moved from Wauchula, Florida, to Manistee County, Michigan, where she and her beloved husband, Wayne Winters, built a beautiful life together filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories.
Alice was loved by her many online children and friends, who will forever remember her kindness, wisdom, and laughter. A lifelong fan of Alice in Wonderland, she embraced life with the same sense of curiosity, wonder, and whimsy that the story inspires.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Gregerson and Dorothy Granger; uncles, Raymond and Jack George and Billy Sorrels; and aunts, Clara May Caldwell and Betty Miller.
She leaves behind a circle of love that will forever hold her in their hearts-her husband, Wayne Winters; daughters, Jewel Littlepaws, Desiree "Raven Dragomir" Winters, Lyta MoonCats, Maritee Perez, and Sheri Force; sons, Dargo Kawaii and Bruce Wayne; brother, Leonard Sorrels of Bowling Green, Florida; sisters, Norma Jean Howard of Scottville, Michigan, Peggy Owens of Bowling Green, Florida, and Bobbi Smendra of Jacksonville, Florida; and her dearest family, Autumn Darkrose, Analemma Faerye, Nidawi Darkward Hoffen, Liam Hoffen, Alan Jay, Sakura Wayne Venom FH Winter, and Mackenize Wayne.
Alice will be remembered for her generous heart, unshakable loyalty, and the way she made everyone feel valued and loved. Her presence was a gift, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her. Though she has left this world, her spirit will live on in the stories, memories, and love she leaves behind.
And now, like Alice, she has stepped through the looking glass, into a land of peace, beauty, and endless wonder.
The family will receive friends at the Herbert Funeral Home in Manistee on Tuesday evening, August 19, 2025, from 7 to 9 p.m.
The Herbert Funeral Home of Manistee is in charge of arrangements.
