Andrew Jensen, 37, of Athens, OH, went to be with the Lord on May 27, 2025, in Columbus, OH, unexpectedly, with his brother, Timothy, by his side.
Andrew graduated from Interior Distance Education of Alaska. He obtained his CDL at Great Lakes Truck Driving School in Ohio. He worked as a CDL driver until his death.
Andrew loved his family, friends, and church people. He accepted Christ in his life and is not saying "goodbye," BUT saying, "I'll see you later."
He is survived by his parents, Eric and Carol (Edmondson) Jensen of Anchorage, AK. One sister and brother-in-law, Emily and Mitch Palmer. One brother and sister-in-law, Timothy and Amanda Jensen. And, a nephew, Hunter Jensen, all of Anchorage, AK. A step-grandmother, Fern Jensen of Ludington, MI. Along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins in MI, CO, CA, and AK.
He was preceded in death by his brother Joshua Jensen. His grandparents: Dale and Dora Edmondson Sr.; Andrew R. Jensen; Jerome Tomaszewski; Joy Palmquist.
Funeral services will be held at Independent Baptist Church of Anchorage, 1801 E. 68th Ave, Anchorage, AK, 99507, on June 14, 2025.
