Mark Leonard Cole, age 42 of Marquette, Michigan, died Friday, March 21, 2025, at his home.
He was born on August 22, 1982, in Manistee, the son of Allan & Terri (Nelson) Cole. He was a graduate of Manistee High School Class of 2001.
Mark was employed as a corrections officer by the State of Michigan. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, Michigan Football, the Detroit Lions, and spending time with family & friends.
He is survived by his son, Brady Cole of Florence, WI; his mother, Terri Cole of Manistee; brothers, Allan (Kassie) Cole of Manistee and Daniel (Julie) Cole of Marquette; nephews, Hudson, Cyler, & Lincoln Cole of Manistee; and niece, Harper Cole of Marquette.
He was preceded in death by his father, Allan in 2019; his paternal grandparents, Les & Jean (Kolk) Cole; and maternal grandparents, Leonard & Alice (Johnson) Nelson.
A Celebration of Life for Mark will be held Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Manistee Township Hall located at 410 Holden Street.
Memorial Expressions of sympathy may be directed to the family.
