Priscilla Rulison Obituary

Priscilla K. Rulison, affectionately known as Tudie, passed away on January 17, 2025. Born and raised in Manistee, she was the daughter of the late Robert J. and Virginia I. (Jacobus) Wellman.
Rite of committal and Christian burial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Manistee. Graveside services will be led by Rev. James Bearss of Divine Mercy Parish with musical accompaniment by Kelly Niles. The Herbert Funeral Home of Manistee is assisting with local arrangements.
