Jason Boudinot Obituary

Jason Lee Boudinot

MANSFIELD: A joyful reunion was held on Sunday June 3, 2012 as Jason Lee Boudinot was welcomed to heaven by his angel daughter, Allie. He was in a tragic auto accident in Georgia on Friday while traveling home from a long day of work.

Jason was a kind-hearted man who loved children, animals, and was always a champion for the underdog. His daughters said "He's the strongest, bravest, and the most caring man we know." His contagious smile and the mischief behind it was blended with his question of "Do you need a hug ?"

He was known as a hard worker whether he was providing for his family or volunteering. His uncles say he was always there if you ever needed a dependable helping hand. He loved the out doors and was skilled in landscaping, brick work, and anything he could do outside.

Jason Lee Boudinot was born March 31, 1974 in Mt. Gilead, Ohio. He lived in Johnsville, Phoenix, Arizona, Wadsworth, Mansfield and recently in Georgia. He was a member of the Berean Baptist Church where he volunteered with the Men's Class Furniture Ministry.

Jason is survived by his girlfriend, June "Margo" Rock and her daughter Allayna of Georgia, Sharon Begay, his former wife , daughters Shannon Begay (Jesse Thompson), and his grandson, Jordan , and Shea Boudinot all of Wadsworth. He will also be sadly missed by his mother, Robin Orsborn (Ron Bender) of Mansfield and father, Bernie (Gloria) Boudinot of Chippawa Lake and his brother Jamie Boudinot (BonBon) of Mansfield. Grandparents, Richard (Carole) Orsborn of Mansfield, Kay Orsborn of Mansfield, and Genevieve Boudinot of Phoenix Arizona. The extended family includes aunts and uncles, Victoria (John) Cochran of Mansfield, Tami (Dave) Walsh of New Albany, Dawn (Neil) Boudinot of Medina, Amy (Joe) Hartley of Tuscon, Arizona and Heather (Kelly) Borden of Callaway, Maryland. The paternal family includes Bruce (Ginny) Boudinot of Brunswick , Neil (Dawn) Boudinot of Medina, Nathan (Kay) Boudinot of New London, Rheta Dunning (Doug) of Chandler, Arizona and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Allie in September 2011, Grandparents, Frances Orsborn-Smith, Clifford Smith, and Ted Boudinot. Also uncles, Ricky Orsborn and John Boudinot.

Friends may call Wednesday, June 6, 2012 from 5-7 pm in the Marion Avenue Snyder Funeral Home where the memorial service will follow at 7 pm. Pastor Jim Berry and Pastor Craig Hamm will officiate and Jason's family and friends will share.

Jason may be honored with memorial contributions made to the Friendly House of Mansfield or Mansfield Civitan for Special Olympics and may be made at the funeral home.

First off, I am so sorry to hear of Jason`s death. I am so shocked and saddened over this. :( My prayers go out to Jason`s family and friends. I loved Robin (his mother) and his brother Jamie..(AKA: Bunny), they were always there for me and my twin sister Kristen no matter what). Jason and I first met by Shadow Mountain High school in April 1988. We dated for 2 years. He was such a giving, NON-selfish person. He would give the shirt off his back for a stranger. He would always stand up for people that were being bullied, or picked on... And that mischievous grin he had on his face all the time... :) he is known for his smile. His grin was #1!!!

He always looked out for other people and put them before himself. He didn`t care what other people thought about him. I wish I could have talked to him one last time before he left. We all had so many fun memories with Jason and his brother Jamie.. (I mean Bunny) there was a time when we all cracked an egg on the sidewalk in July and it actually started to fry. That`s Phoenix for you. There was another time when we thumb tacked balogna on Jason`s bedroom wall, so he got back at me and threw it on my car windshield and it stuck there and left a big circley oil mark. haha. Jason loved circle K and his big bloomin THIRST BUSTERS!! I will always remember the circle K on the 1-17 freeway by Dunlap. That was his circle K.

Well, I will always have Jason in my heart.

Jason.. always remember the saying " hey, its summer, smile" that was our motto. Also, the song from Cinderella, "Dont know what you got till its gone" and "Angel" by Aerosmith. I also remember Robin their mother would tell Jamie and Jason to take out the garbage and they would argue over who was going to do it. I could go on and on with the fun memories, but it would take a few pages. Robin is a very sweet, loving, and patient mother and friend to many!! :) Love you Boudinots! (((hugs)))
