Marblehead - Karen Xavier Patch, of Marblehead, MA and recently Rotonda West Florida, born on September 25, 1954, became free and went home to loved ones who passed before her on July 16, 2023.
Daughter of Robert C. Xavier and Jacqueline Xavier Oldham, Karen leaves behind her devoted husband of 25 years, Charles W. Patch and their dog Mazi-May, sister Susan Page, her husband Daniel Page, niece Danielle Page, significant other Stephen Blevins, sister Bobbi Xavier, niece Bonnie Magee and significant other Anthony Navarro.
Service Information: A Potluck Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday August 6, 2023 at 1pm,
7 Bayview Rd, Marblehead MA. Please bring a dish if you like and certainly a story to share to celebrate Kuni's essence and our good fortune in knowing her.
In lieu of flowers, you are welcome to donate to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals at: secure.aspca.org

Dear Susan and Roberta, I´m so sad to hear of Kuni´s passing. Kuni was always so loving and funny! She always made me feel special to her. She always called me Ginny Lou Drew, lol never just Ginny. She cracked me up. She is now at peace and with her mom and dad. Hugs to you both. Lovingly, Ginny

So sorry to hear about Karen's (Kuni's) passing. I was looking forward to seeing her again after so many years of spending summers together in Marblehead. My heartfelt condolences to Susan and Bobbi, who I've had the pleasure of knowing, and to the rest of her family I never met. I regret not being able to attend the celebration of life as I will be out of state for that week. But I'll never forget her. She was a great friend.

Karen Patch, just be her nature, brought a smile to my face. Her quick wit could catch you " off guard " and cause you to laugh so hard your sides hurt ! She was a kind soul who spread much Joy.
