When I attended Marin Catholic (1985 alumni) I managed to get myself detention for 3 months. Lucille offered to give me a job in the office to work it off and then would give me a ride home every day since we lived around the corner from each other. I will never forget those conversations in the car with Lucille. She always had interesting things to talk about and there was never a moment of silence in the car. From that point on she became my friend. After I finished my detention time, I went on to do additional time in the office to complete my community service hours, which she wrote off for me. Lucille will always have a warm spot in my heart.
With Love,

Lucille was such a nice person. She gave her heart and soul to everybody in the Marin Catholic family, students, teachers, parents and alumni. Her broad smile and kind words for everybody will be surely missed.
Sincerely,

Rich, Steven, Noelle, Amy, and Family,
Our hearts are broken, there are no words for Lucille who we love so deeply. God sent us an Angel (one of His best), but for a little while, what a privilege to have been part of her circle. God does nothing by chance, He sent her to us for a season and a reason. She completed her mission (at the head of the class I might add) and went home to glory to hear her Abba Father's words "well done My good and faithful servant"!
I spoke with her the week before she went home and she told me that; she was content, her children were all with her, she lived a full life and a good one, and she was ready to go home.
Our hearts are empty now because we miss her physical presence. God allows us the time we need to mourn and then He will heal our broken hearts slowly, filling the emptiness with her beautiful spirit within us, and in time our hearts will gradually be filled again with meadows and valleys blooming with flowers and blossoms of her memories as she is at Peace with our heavenly Father preparing to meet us all again when she comes with Him to receive His own to glory for all eternity.
Only now is she realizing the many hearts that she has left her footprints on. I find comfort in knowing she is with the Lord and will continue to live in our hearts through the love and wisdom she has shared with each and every one of us. I pray for the Peace of God that passes all our understanding for each one of you.
Love to all,
Aunt Yvonne

I have such wonderful memories of you all and your Mom and Dad from our childhood. Moving to California was such a change and Uncle Dick and Aunt Lucille were so warm and welcoming and always found love in your home. I know too that she was especially kind to my Dad and loved him like a brother and helped him through some hard times...she had such a big loving heart for everyone and a laugh to match. I'm so sorry for your loss and hope you all take comfort in knowing she is with your Dad and Neal. Her love and faith will help you all get through this hard time. We all love you and pray for you during this very difficult time. Love + Peace to you all - East Coast Gingras Family.
