Scott Bonfiglio Obituary

Scott Bonfiglio
July 29, 1952 - November 30, 2025
James Scott Bonfiglio passed away on November 30, 2025 after a valiant battle with esophageal cancer. Scott was born on July 29, 1952 in San Rafael, California to Jim and Babe Bonfiglio. He attended St. Raphael's Grammar School, Marin Catholic High School, and was a proud graduate of the University of Santa Clara. He worked in the import/export business for many years and later transitioned to real estate as a mortgage broker.
All who knew Scott shared his love of food, wine, bocce and friends. Scott will be remembered by his cousins, nephews, and nieces and the many others who loved him, especially his Casa walking group, his Polpete Bocce team, The Marvelous Marin Breakfast Club, neighbors and friends.
Scott moved to Petaluma in 2008 to share his life with Julie Valentine. He is survived by his sisters, Lori McGreevy (John) and Lane Tuoto (Tony) and brother Peter Bonfiglio.
Services will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at St. James Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m.
