Sonia Brandt DeLew Passed away August 21, 2009 at home in Corte Madera at the age of 96. Born December 16, 1912 in San Francisco, Sonia went to school at Larkspur-Corte Madera School, St. Rose Academy and Tamalpais High School. She was the beloved wife of the late E. Richard DeLew and sister of the late Ben, Henry and Herman Brandt. Sonia was the loving mother of her only child, Richard B. DeLew, and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Dear Rich,
We are saddened by the your loss and we will always cherish the memory of our visit last summer. Know that we are with you in spirit during your time of grief. Hans Christian Anderson put it eloquently when he wrote; "A human life is a story told by God". We look forward to reliving her story with you in the future.

Dear Richard,
I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I was so happy to come by that time with my brother Jack to see her and thank her in person for making our Christmas stockings. She was certainly a wonderful woman and I will alway remember her fondly.
