Bernice A. Karson, 98, died on Oct. 1, 2023 at her residence in Ocala, Florida.
She was born into this life on Feb. 2, 1925, in Detroit, Michigan, and was daughter to the late Vincent and Victoria (Grzebyk) Szydlowski.
There will be a committal service with full military honors on Wednesday, Oct. 11, at 9 a.m. at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida. Her memorial service will be held on the same day at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Polish National Catholic Church in Belleview, Florida, followed by a luncheon.
