Dara Shato Obituary
She was born August 3, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio to Don Shato who survives in Pataskala, Ohio and Diana (Seckel) Shato who survives in Marion, Ohio.
Dara is survived by two sons, Thomas D. (and girlfriend Jodee Willis) Large of Marion, Ohio and Austin (Marta) Ackley of Columbus, Ohio; and a daughter, Melody (Jairo) Woodward of Mexico. Also surviving is a sister, Rhea Dye of Smithton, Illinois; and three grandchildren.
Dara was preceded in death by a sister, Tina Vollmer.
Her friends and family will miss her more than words can say. She was a jewel, one in a million. We all loved her so much. She will be missed.
There will be no services and burial will be at a later date. Contributions can be made to the family in care of the Boyd-Born Funeral Home who is handling the arrangements.
