David Blankenship Obituary
MARION: David L. Blankenship age 75 of Marion, Ohio, passed away on Saturday October 8, 2016 at his residence. He was born June 13, 1941 in Kitts Hill, Ohio to the late Oscar and Elizabeth (Gildea) Blankenship. David was retired as a packer from the former Tecumseh Products Company in Marion. He is survived by a sister, June Webb of Fort Pierce, Florida and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, David was preceded in death by a sister, Jule Roth and three brothers; William, Carol and Charles. There will be a Graveside Service and burial for David on Friday October 14, 2016 at 2:30 P.M. at the Green Camp Cemetery in Green Camp, Ohio. Officiating the service will be Pastor Steve deWeber. Friends may call at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home on Friday one hour prior from 1 to 2 P.M. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the First Church of The Nazarene in Marion, Ohio.
