Born February 23, 1954, in Marshall, he was the son of the late Roy R. Clause and Helen F. Nixon Clause. He was a resident of Saline County his entire life and a 1972 graduate of Marshall High School. On June 21, 1975, he married the love of his life, Gayle Ann Neff, who survives of the home. Throughout his life, Kenny was dedicated to his work and providing for his family. He worked as a salesman for Hackler Shoes before becoming an electrician and plumber, eventually retiring from Marshall Municipal Utilities as the Water Treatment Plant Superintendent. Kenny was a member of the Marshall Optimist Club, Campers on Mission, and a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Slater where he served as a Deacon. He was always willing to share his faith and love for the Lord. More than anything, Kenny was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be remembered for his kind heart, his strong faith, and his ability to make others laugh.
In addition to his wife, Gayle; his two daughters, Suzi Muller (Jarad) of Marshall and Stephanie Hibbard (Gary) of Gilliam; three granddaughters, Jordyn Muller, Jalyn Muller and Natalie Hibbard; three brothers, Roy Clause, Bill Clause and Larry Clause (Beverly) all of Marshall; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Donna Mae Clause and Susie Meck; and one brother, George Clause.

His smile was infectious, his laugh was booming, always a hard worker. I saw him last at a friend's birthday party in Fayette , he will be missed by many. God bless.

I went to church with Kenny when I was a little girl and he was the greatest man. I always thought he was Santa Claus, partly because his last name was clause and partly because of his kind, jolly nature, he always had a smile on his face and his love for Jesus was loud nd proud and he was truly one of the kindest people I know. Maybe because he has an amazing wife. I have lot of great memories. Watching Carebears with his girls at Margie“s house or church camp I remember he always had a smile on his face. I will miss talking with him when I deliver the mail over there. I am so sorry for your loss. Remember the good times.
