Stanley Clause

Stanley A. Clause Sr, 85, of Black River Falls, formerly of Twin Lakes, WI, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, surrounded by his family at home.
Born in Racine, WI, on August 14, 1940, was the son of the late John and Sophie (Dobryzinski) Clause. Moving from Racine to Kenosha and settling in Twin Lakes where he started his family.
Stanley was united in marriage to Sylvia Swanson on March 2, 1963.
Stanley started his handyman career at Jim's Standard Service, then at AMC, Woodstock Die Casting and retiring from Prime Manufacturing as the Head of Maintenance. He was a member of the Twin Lakes Fire Department and Rescue Squad since 1962. He had many wonderful memories with many fire department members. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, not only with his children but with his grandchildren. He had many wonderful memories of the subdivision picnics with the Cerer and Kasper Families.
Stanley is survived by his children, Valerie (George) Lass, Stanley Jr (Lynn) Clause; grandchildren, John Lass, Shauna Lass, Cassie (Brett) Shinkle, Brittney (Robert) Vlach, Maisie Gorski, great-grandchildren Heath, Garrett, Brycen, Blakley, Harper, Ashlyn, Mazie, and Jackson. Survived by his sisters, Roseann Howell, LieLaine Yates, Susie (Don) Townsend and brother-in-law Jack Swanson (Nancy). Further survived by many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, in-laws, brothers Frank Clause, John Clause, Jimmie Davison, brothers-in-laws John Howell, Wade Yates, Ted Swanson.
The family would like to greatly thank Tomah Health Hospice Touch, Nurse Hannah and Chaplain Shane.
