My condolences to the Shields family. Ann was a wonderful friend to many, including myself. I've known her for many years. She was 'real' to all; never put on airs, what you saw was what you got with Ann. So genuine. Always ready and willing to help anyone with whatever they needed. Always a smile, never a complaint or bad word about anything or anyone; a true example of a Christian woman. God bless you Ann; rest in peace.

To the family of Ann P. Shields. My sincere condolences to the loss of Ann. It was always a very enjoyable and educational experience every time I would correspond with Ann usually after Mass or various functions that she worked for at St.Casimir Catholic Church, in the Town of Hull (Stevens Point), WI. I've learned a lot about the way the area has changed and about their lives growing up in New York state and also Ann had this way to make a person feel good about themselves. Great memories! Ann sure was a Saint in her time here. May God rest Ann's soul. I will remember Ann in my prayers.
