Dear Jeanette,
Sorry to hear of Audrey's passing. She was a dear friend and a wonderful manager. I apprenticed under Audrey at D&M. When she opened up her own business (Audree's Beaute Shoppe) I went with her. She was the best boss anyone could have. She was never bossy and there was always a good atmosphere among the employees. I remember a lot of laughter. I was in touch with her for many years. I was married in 1968 and moved to New Jersey. Whenever we went to Marshfield I would look her up. She was so much fun to be with.
