Mark, I'm sorry for your loss, but deeply grateful for having known your Dad. He was THE piece of work! You couldn't help but smile when you would see "Al". It's ironic that I got to know Al at the "Havvy" and now I have been tending bar there for 12 years. I won't ever forget having to flag the both of you at the J. Riggings Christmas party about 25 years ago. Your dad made an impact on the lives of many, many people. I will miss him and always have great memories of Al.

Marc & family,
It was a pleasure to have known Al over the years. Having known him since the Allentown days, and checking in with your Dad during my annual visits to Austin were always one of the staples of my trips; a great guy with a great sense of humor. He will be missed.

My deepest sympathies to all of You.

Mark, Scot, and Connie;
Uncle Mick had a full life. Every encounter was an experience and I have many memories of his stories and escapades. He has moved on and I hope we will all remember him with fond memories of our own. He will always be with you in your own special way. Today will pass and we will always remember Uncle Mick. Enjoy your time with your family and live with no regrets. We all have a unique footprint to leave behind for others to remember our time.

I only got to spend time with Al a few times (at B.D. Riley's with his son Mark), but he was always cheerful and fun to be with. My condolences to his surviving loved ones.

Mark, Scot and Connie,

I'm sorry to hear of the passing of Al. I remember him a good little league baseball coach many years ago. He was always joking around making the kids laugh. I looked forward to him taking us kids to the Allentown Jets games. He was responsible for many happy childhood memories. Please accept my sympathies.

Few things brightened my day at the Pub as consistently as seeing Al's smiling face across the bar, especially when son Mark and grandson Zach were in tow. Three generations, cheering the team on and raising a pint in celebration (a Roy Rogers for Zach of course) Al was a good man, and a good friend with a kind word for all he met. My condolences to the entire family on his passing.
