Anna Kohut Obituary
Anna (Kurenda) Kohut, 83, of Easton, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2008. She was the loving wife for more than 60 years to Dmytro Kohut. Born in Bilynka, Mala-Sambir Ukraine, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Hosiash) Kurenda. Anna was a member of Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Church, West Easton. Anna loved to sing and was a member of the church choir. She was also a member of the Ukrainian National Association and the Ukrainian Womens Association. Survivors: She will be sadly missed by her entire family. Husband, Dmytro Kohut; daughters, Luba, wife of Gary Laubach, of Easton, Mary Ann, wife of Edward Fleck, of Easton; grandchildren, Natalie Ludrof, Christine Polomchak, Amy Fleck, Audrey Fleck and Andrew Fleck; great-grandchildren, Brian Ludrof, Abby Ludrof and Alexa Polomchak. She was predeceased by her brother, John, and sister, Rose. Services: Divine Liturgy, 10 a.m. Friday in Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Church, 315 Fourth St., West Easton. A viewing to be held Friday morning 8:45-9:45 a.m. in the church. Interment in the parish cemetery. Arrangements, Kohut Funeral Home, 950 N. Front St., Allentown. Online condolences may be made at: www.kohutfuneralhome.com. Contributions: May be made in Annas name to the church, care of the funeral home.
