Assad Nassry sat in the desk across from me at Shell for many years. Assad had so much passion and enthusiasm for his work he always took pride in his technical work with his famous phrase, "I am a company man!" Assad was also passionate about his heritage and would educate others with both stories from his past and a giant map of Afghanistan outside his cubicle. He also had a great sense of humor. Assad was a great provider to his family and cared very much about his granddaughter, Bianca. Assad loved to eat leftover food from conference room meetings and would frequently save donuts and cookies for me -- Assad was a kind man. We also had many conversations about God and Jesus over the years.

We are so sad for the loss of our dear friend Mr. Nassry, we have so many fond memories and have been privileged to say he was our friend. He will be missed so much. Our deepest sympathy to the Nassry family.

So sorry about Assad's passing. He was always a gentleman and good chemist. The last time I saw Assad was at Brothers pizza In Houston while enroute to the west coast. We shared some good memories about our time together at Texaco and Shell. My condolences to Assad's family! Rest In Peace, Assad!

I was very sorry to hear of Assad's passing. I worked with him for many years at Texaco Beacon, and also then later at Shell where we worked together on many projects for important Shell customers. In fact, I believe Assad called me many years ago inquiring about a job at Texaco when we were both stationed in Detroit. He was always very dedicated, pleasant and a good colleague. I'm glad to have known him for so many years. My deepest condolences.

Kamar, Robert, Leila and the Nassry family, I am deeply saddened to read this. Please accept my sincere sympathies and condolences. I ran into Assadullah, ten years ago. He was at Lehigh to visit a friend. It was the first I saw him since my teens. He was a wonderful man. God Bless.
