Bruce Bigatel Obituary
Bruce F. Bigatel, 53, of Allentown, died December 19 at home. He was married to Valiann (Argeson) Bigatel. Born in Allentown, he was the son of Albert and Irene (Columbo) Bigatel of Allentown. Bruce was a sheet metal worker for H.T. Lyons of Allentown. Survivors: Parents; wife; sons, Ted Bigatel and his wife Lyssa of Lower Macungie Twp., Chris Bigatel and Andy Bigatel, both of Allentown; grandson, Maddox Anthony Bigatel; sister, Ann wife of Tom Schantz of Quakertown; nieces; nephews. Services: Memorial Services will be held, 10:30 a.m., Thursday, December 22, Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay. Friends and family may call 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., Thursday in the funeral home. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, St. Lukes Hospice Bereavment Program, c/o the funeral home, 18037.

I am deeply sorry for the Bigatel family and their loss. Bruce i know was an amazing, inspirational man. A craftsman. I remember one Christmas he made us ornaments and till this day we still have them hanging on our wall. I have faith that you guys will pull through together and we are here for you no matter what. Giving the umps and the other team an ear full. I would always look forward to after the game to hear about what bruce had done or said that was so funny, because all game all you can hear is our parents laughing. Bruce will be missed.

I have known and worked with Bruce for the last 20 years. It's been such a pleasure to be around a talented craftsman like him.
His work ethics and professionalism set him apart from the rest. His hands have crafted a lot of the most complicated projects all over the Lehigh Valley.

We are so very sorry by your loss. Although we didn't know Bruce all that well, we enjoyed our conversations and the laughs that we had when our family combined for parties and other events.
