Carina Hope Bartolomei, 13 days, of Nazareth, died January 18, 2005, in Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia. She was born in St. Lukes Hospital, Allentown, on January 5, 2005, to parents Marc J. and Michelle L. (Hayner) Bartolomei. Survivors: Parents; sister, Gianna L. Bartolomei at home; maternal grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Patricia Hayner of Brick, N.J.; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John and Arlene Bartolomei of South Port, N.C.; maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Mildred Hayner of Forked River, N.J. Services: to be announced. Local arrangements, Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home Inc., Nazareth. Contributions: Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation, 3400 Civic Center Blvd., Philadelphia 19104 or c/o the funeral home 18064.
