She was born in St. Lukes Hospital, Allentown, on January 5, 2005, to parents Marc J. and Michelle L. (Hayner) Bartolomei. Survivors: Parents; sister, Gianna L. Bartolomei at home; maternal grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Patricia Hayner of Brick, N.J.; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John and Arlene Bartolomei of South Port, N.C.; maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Mildred Hayner of Forked River, N.J. Services: to be announced. Local arrangements, Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home Inc., Nazareth. Contributions: Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation, 3400 Civic Center Blvd., Philadelphia 19104 or c/o the funeral home 18064.
