Carol Schuler Obituary
Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late James C. and Ethel J. (Derr) Lester. Carol was a graduate of Allen High School. She worked at the Post Office Distribution Center, in Data Entry for the IRS and Hess's Department Store. Carol was a member of St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Fearless Fire Company in Allentown.
Survivors: Daughters, Tracy L. Arce and her husband Moises of Mohrsville, Heather L. Seidel and her husband Ray of Whitehall, Holly J. Haydt and her husband Steve of Lehighton; 3 grandchildren, Marissa, Courtney and Anna; 2 great-grandsons. Carol was preceded in death by a twin sister and a baby girl, both at birth.
Services: A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, November 16, 2023 in the K.V. Knopp Funeral Home, 46 E. Susquehanna Street, Allentown. A visitation for relatives and friends will be held from 10 AM until the time of the service. Interment will follow at St. Mark's Cemetery, Allentown.
Contributions: In lieu of flowers, may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 399 Market Street, Suite 250, Philadelphia, PA 19106.

To Carol's family, I knew Carol since 8th grade at South Mountain. We were best friends, partners in crime! We had a lot of good times, many sleepovers and conversations about boys!! I think I gave her a bridal shower! In later years our paths only crossed at class reunions or Christmas cards or when Tony won tickets on the radio and I was ushering at State Theatre. I am sorry she has left you, but may your memories hold you tight. I will be out of state so cannot attend her services. Blessings and prayers! Barb
