Cleonice M. Weida
Cleonice M. Weida, 92, of Breinigsville, died Friday, July 21, in the Inpatient Hospice Unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. She was the widow of Reverend Willard G. Weida, who died in 1988. Born in Lynn Township, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Minerva (Sechler) Bleiler. She was a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Trexlertown, and a life member of the Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. Survivors: Daughter, Kathryn, wife of Nelson Schaeffer; sons, George and his wife Martha, Robert and his wife Denise, Richard and his wife Nancy; sisters, Sarah, wife of Lester Bailey, Margaret, widow of Alfred Wert, Ruth, wife of Albert Schneck; grandchildren, Karen Weinrich, David and Jeffrey Schaeffer, George J. and Peter Weida, Gretchen Belinger, Rebecca Weida, Matthew Farr; great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Alexander, Jonathan Weinrich, Owen Weida, Liesl Cope-Schaeffer. Services: 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the church, 8227 Hamilton Boulevard, Trexlertown. No calling hours. Interment will follow at St. Peters Union Cemetery, Lynnville. Arrangements, Schmoyer Funeral Home, Breinigsville. Contributions: Rev. Willard G. and Cleonice M. Weida Endowment Aid Fund, c/o the funeral home, P.O. Box 190, Breinigsville PA 18031-0190.
