David Paul Freeh

David Freeh, 78, of Hellertown, formerly of Sciota, passed away peacefully on Sept.15, 2022, at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. He residied at Saucon Valley Manor, Hellertown PA. Born In Phillipsburg NJ, he was the son of the late Melvin D. and Kathryn (Wilkins) Freeh. David was a 1963 graduate of Phillipsburg High School and after graduation enlisted in the U. S. Coast Guard, serving four years in the north Atlantic and Arctic regions during the Vietnam War. He recently retired from Seattle Power and Light Company, where he was an aerial photographer, many times being strapped to the side of a helicopter to take terrain pictures for the power company. David loved photography and cooking and he traveled across United States several times in his Georgie Boy mobile home. He was of the Catholic faith. He is survived by his younger brother, John (Diane) and younger sister, Nancy and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2022, at 12:30 P.M. at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, 60 Indiantown Gap Road. Annville, PA 17003.
