To the Family and Friends of Dave'

I have know Dave for a few years now as his Home Care nurse from Phoebe Visiting Nurses and I also considered him a special friend. I did not know of his passing before today when I found out through our office. I have not been working for the past few weeks due to my son passing away at age 18 on April 6th. I can tell you that I can truely feel your grief since I too am having such difficulty dealing my own tragedy. Please know that I am here for any of you if you should need to talk. I have found that with faith, family and friends that things are a little easier to bare. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Dave was an amazing person and I always enjoyed visiting him. He was full of life and had a knack of making me laugh when I was maybe having a not so good day. Again my heart goes out to each and every one of you.

David will truly be missed. He was my computer guru. No matter what kind of mood I was in, Dave could make me laugh. His unique view of the world could make me stop and think about what was really important. My sorrow is deep, but Dave, I know you have moved on to a better place. Linda, Justin, Brian, and the rest of the family, we're only a phone call or e-mail away.

I am deeply saddened by the loss of my cousin. My only regret is not having the opportunity to say good-bye. I know that Dave is in a better place now and has no more pain. I hope and pray that Aunt Linda, Uncle Joe, Justin, Brian, Chad, and all family members and all close friends recover from this tragic and so very sudden loss.

Love Always,

Dave "Daddy"- I can't believe your gone! Never in a million years did I ever think my mom would tell me that you had died! I LOVE YOU so much and you will always be in my heart, my soul and in my prayers! You have always been there for me no matter what the time was or what it was about! You were on this earth a short amount of time! But you are in a better place now! We will be together someday, I will never forget you! I will always remember when I was a little girl and you played "PRETTY PRETTY PRINCESS" with me and Sarah... On Thursday April 22,2004..I stoped by your house, if only I knew it was the last time I was going to see you I would have stayed much longer! I can't close my eyes with out seeing you, and I can't go a minute without thihnkning about you! I never thought that you wouldn't make it to my Sweet 16 or even see me get married, you were a huge part in my life and you always will be! I have known you since I was a little girl, You were the only male in my life, I could trust! I LOVE YOU and I always will! May you Rest In Peace, we will be together again someday, I promise, I will never forget you or the things we did together! I will love you always! Love, "Your Daughter" Nicole
