Dolores Pfenninger Obituary
Surviving are her children, Edward Pfenninger of Macungie, James (Jeff) Pfenninger of Los Angeles, CA, and Beverly (Scott) Pugsley of Upland, IN; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Joanne Houser of Dilltown, PA; and many beloved extended family members. Along with her parents, Dee was preceded in death by her siblings, Marian Cornell, William Young, Dorothy Ramsbottom, Betty Kresko, John Young; and daughter-in-law, Wendy Pfenninger.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 AM, Saturday, January 6, 2024, at Faith Church, 6528 Hamilton Blvd, Allentown, PA 18106 with a calling hour from 10:00-11:30 AM. Luncheon to follow.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dee's memory may be made to Memorial Baptist Church, PO Box 113, Dilltown, PA 15929.

Eddie, Jimmy and Bev;
We have a bit of a shared history growing up at Faith, and our parents were good friends. On behalf of my mother and our family, I offer our sincere condolences on the home going of your mom. She was a kind and caring woman. May God comfort your hearts.

Sorry to learn this news. After recognizing Dee and Ed's Swiss heritage we found much common ground. Whether over a perfectly crafted raclette dinner or an aromatic holiday gift of Springerle and Basler Leckerli....she was the consummate compliment to her Swiss engineer......and always a pleasure to meet at the front door or at the mailbox. Like all couples, they found humor in each other as they moved through life. Together once again, I can imagine them hand in hand picking raspberries in their little Swiss Colony along Spring Creek.

Ed, Beverly and Jim my condolences to you of the home going of your mother. I know that she home with her Lord and Savior and that she was looking for that day.
Many great memories of your parents for over 60 years.
We all loved your parents very deeply.
Nathan, Scott and Todd still refer to them as aunt and uncle.
