Eileen Harper Obituary
Eileen Sharon Hummel Harper, 57, passed away in her sleep Saturday after a long illness. She was a daughter of the late William Hummel and JoAnne Gerhardt Keich, and stepdaughter of the late Art Keich. She graduated from Dieruff High School in 1974, and worked for 21 years at Hesss Patio making the famous strawberry pies. She was a member of New Bethany E. C. Church, Allentown, and Clubhouse of Lehigh County. She loved Nascar and the Philly sports teams, never giving up on her Eagles. Survivors: her sister Christina Brinker and fiancee Jonas Rumble; her nephews Stephen Nemeth, Richie Brinker & Mason Rumble; stepbrother Jimmy, stepsisters Sandy and Debbie and their children. Services: Memorial at 11 a.m. Tuesday at New Bethany E.C. Church, 224 N. 6th Street, Allentown. Visitation from 10-11 in the church. The Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown is assisting the family. Contributions: to Everlasting Life Ministry (at the church) or Clubhouse of Lehigh County.

Eileen I feel very blessed to be able to say I knew you like family. You meant the world to your nephews and sister and I understand why. You were such a beautiful person. My sweet and beautiful Aunt, i can't believe you are gone, but I will always have amazing memories of you. I will always remember the times you took me to ambassador baseball games, the movies, and even just playing your favorite card game uno. But most of all that amazing smile you always had, no matter what was going on in your life you always were happy and showed that smile. I am truly blessed and proud to be your nephew.
