Eleanor Jacobsen Obituary
Eleanor M. Boulais Jacobsen, 99, of Bethlehem; died on Wednesday, July 4, 2012. She was born in Bethlehem on June 21, 1913, daughter of the late Ada Harrison. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lawrence Boulais and her second husband, Clarence Jacobsen. She was a dedicated parishioner of Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Church and a seamstress for the former Sure Fit. Survivors: She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Joan, wife of the late, Robert B. Boyle; granddaughter, Diane, wife of Terry Crouthamel; great-grandchildren, Terry Jr., Daniel, Derek and Patricia; and great-great-grandchildren, Claudia, Lilia, Arianna and Ian. Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, 730 W. Broad St., Bethlehem. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. in the church. Burial will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem. Contributions: may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of the Lehigh Valley, 399 Market St., Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106. Dear Nana Banana;
Thank you for all the previous memories that you have shared with our family. All the special times we shared together we will never forget. The first day of Summer will always be a special day in our hearts, along with the Fourth of July, the day God had reserved for you knowing your love for the red, white, and blue.
