Elsie's grandfather was my grandmother's favourite brother. She and I never met but were often in touch to exchange family history information. I was shocked to learn of her death and send my condolences to Scott and the rest of the family on this sad occasion.

What a great person, my prayers are with the family. Elsie was such a inspirational individual. She was the "original" queen of Permits, and passed me the torch when she retired. Will miss her dearly......
