So sorry to hear of Elsie's passing - she was truly a special person who was always friendly and ready to help with permits at PennDot. Thanks for all your help from the BPD Traffic Bureau! You'll be missed!!

Elsie's grandfather was my grandmother's favourite brother. She and I never met but were often in touch to exchange family history information. I was shocked to learn of her death and send my condolences to Scott and the rest of the family on this sad occasion.
